Turret Corner is a large three storey victorian end of terrace. It initially received planning permission in 1893 and was completed in 1901. It spent a large part of its time since then as a Bed and Breakfast using the name "Sunny Towers" and was then used by its previous owner as holiday / room lets. Since we have moved in we have sectioned off the top floor which is now our home / living area and the lower two floors are set up to be a self contained 4 bedroomed house, sleeping up to 10.

ELECTRIC CARS

Unfortunately due to new legislation from the Welsh government, holiday lets are not allowed to be used for the charging of any electric vehicle unless a dedicated  charger is fitted at the property. The house does not have this, but there are  charging station along the sea front, less than a mile from the house.

 

Turret Corner is a Victorian townhouse, in Colwyn Bay that is available for rent as a holiday home. It is a three storey house that provides guest accommodation on the ground and 1st floor. This space sleeps up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms which share 2.5 private bathrooms. There is a ground floor double bedroom and private bathroom for people with limited mobility, whilst on the first floor there is one twin bedroom, a second double bedroom and a large king size bedroom that also has a 4ft double sofa bed. On the first floor there is a full family bathroom and separate WC with hand basin. 

Guests to Turret Corner will have sole use of a kitchen / dining room, utility room with washing machine and dryer and a lounge with open fire. Outside there is a private section of the garden with patio and seating area for guests to use. (Between May 1st and the end of September guests also have use of a hot tub). 

The house is ideally located for exploring the many attractions and places of interest, in and around the North Wales coast and Snowdonia, it is also in easy walking distance of local shops restaurants and a beautiful, blue flag, beach with free WiFi and a water sports centre along it's promenade.

During your stay your party will have sole use of the accommodation area described, Our living area on the top floor which  is sectioned off and will be locked. We will not be present during your stay but remain contactable at all times however should guests be there for longer than a couple of nights we are likely to come to the house to check the hot tub and post.  

The house is advertised on Airbnb, where we have achieved super host status. We have also recently started listing via Booking.com and links to both, with all our reviews, are provided below.  We do take private bookings so please feel free to contact us directly. Booking direct is also likely to be cheaper as no agents fees or service charges will apply.
